About the Role

Support the Operations & Growth team across four areas: street promotions, campus marketing, beverage machine operations, and nightlife marketing. Help coordinate daily operations, growth campaigns, sourcing, and event execution to drive user acquisition and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Business operations: Support street promotions, campus campaigns, beverage machine initiatives, and nightlife activations. Coordinate with partners and field staff to ensure timely execution.
  • User growth: Help plan and run referral programs, incentive campaigns, and community activities to drive participation, acquisition, and conversion.
  • Campaign execution: Prepare campaign copy, promotional materials, and user guides. Support on-site coordination, resolve execution issues, and collect user feedback.
  • Sourcing and materials: Source suppliers in the UK and China, compare quotes, and coordinate samples and orders. Track production, shipping, and delivery to ensure materials arrive before events.
  • Tracking and coordination: Maintain campaign schedules, purchasing, inventory, and expense records, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Reporting and improvement: Track operational and campaign performance across all four areas, summarise results, and suggest improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
