Maldon Partners are recruiting an Operations / Investor Relations Associate on a permanent basis for a boutique Private Investment Office based in London.
The firm is known for its innovative deal sourcing and creative approach for both HNW individuals and Institutions.
The company was founded in 2019 and currently has 6 employees with big growth plans for the coming year.
Hybrid working is on offer.
The Role
The Operations / Investor Relations Associate will report directly to one of the founders of the company and will be responsible for the day-to-day middle and back-office functions of the firm.

- Key point of contact for investors and third-party administrators
- Creation of client communication and newsletter
- Setting up new counterparty relationships
- Review of portfolios
- Assist with fund paperwork
- Producing P&L
- Assisting with NAV calculations
- Support client onboarding
- Redemptions and subscriptions
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors and third-party administrators
- Review portfolio and fund restrictions
- Manage the CRM
- Assist with system upgrades and streamlining processes
- Recommend improvements
Experienced Required
- Minimum of 2 years Operations / investor relations experience gained within the fund of funds / Hedge fund / Asset Management industry or investment banking.
- Proven record of academic excellence ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience with subscription and redemption documentation ESSENTIAL
- Good knowledge of the full trade lifecycle
- Strong numeracy and IT skills (VBA, SQL).
- Be self-motivated and have a strong drive to succeed
- Strong communication skills

Salary
The Operations / Investor Relations Associate role has a base salary of c£60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience plus benefits and bonus package.
