Role Description The Operations – IT & Security Operations role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and optimizing the technology and security infrastructure that underpins SAS International’s protection and risk management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring IT systems, managing user accounts and access controls, and performing routine system administration to ensure stability and reliability. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions. The position also supports security operations by implementing best practices, assisting with incident response activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold confidentiality, compliance, and data protection standards.
