What you'll do.
- Coordinate project timelines and rituals across the studio.
- Own client-facing operations: kickoffs, updates, handovers, invoicing.
- Improve internal SOPs and tooling for a small, high-output team.
- Partner with the founder on hiring, finance and studio administration.
Requirements
What we're looking for.

- 3+ years in studio, agency or startup operations roles.
- Extremely organised — written and verbal comms are your default.
- Comfort with Notion, Linear, Stripe, banking and lightweight finance ops.
- Calm under pressure; you spot problems before they escalate.
