Operations Lead - Stockholm Road, London SE16 3LP, UK
Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Lead to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative leader looking for a role within a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns:
- 09:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Sun | Fixed
Pay rates:
- 15.50 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Operations Lead:
- Previous experience in an Operations Lead or similar management role, ideally in the logistics sector
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams
- Strong organizational and shift planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance
- Confident using Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
- Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
- Flexible to work weekends and travel between offices in South and North London

Role for Operations Lead:
