About the Company

Aspire11 is an inaugural €515M vehicle backing founders and VC investors with patient capital designed to last decades. We invest directly in:

  • Growth companies (Series B onwards) with €10–€50M tickets.
  • Early VC funds led by high-conviction investors building the next frontier.

Our mission is simple: make pensions stronger while fuelling innovation that endures for generations. You can find us in around the globe - team members are based in London, Prague and Luxembourg. On a scale of 1 to 10, we Aspire11.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Operations Lead to become a central part of our team in London. This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role, nor is it purely operational. The remit spans executive support, fund operations, events, communications, people and the day-to-day running of the firm, with significant scope to grow as Aspire11 develops. One hour you might be coordinating an important investor meeting; the next organising an event, improving an internal process, onboarding someone new or making sure an Aspire11 announcement goes out perfectly. We're looking for someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done.

Responsibilities

Executive & Team Support

  • Act as a trusted partner to our Co-founders/Managing Partners, managing complex diaries, priorities, meetings and international travel.
  • Create structure around competing priorities and protect the team's time.
  • Prepare meetings, materials, agendas and follow-ups, ensuring actions don't disappear.
  • Coordinate with investors, founders, advisors, partners and other senior external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate problems before they become problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience supporting senior executives, Partners or leadership teams in demanding environments.
  • Exceptional diary, travel, stakeholder and priority management.
  • Strong operational instincts — you improve processes rather than simply follow them.
  • Exposure to people operations, recruitment, onboarding, office management or events.
  • Excellent written communication and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with senior investors, founders, executives and external partners.
  • Strong judgement: knowing what to escalate and what to simply solve.

  • The ability to move between important strategic conversations and highly practical execution without ego.

Preferred Skills

  • The person people trust when there are ten moving pieces and something important needs to happen.
  • You don't need a large team or lots of infrastructure around you. You create structure yourself.
  • You have exceptionally high standards without overcomplicating things. You communicate clearly, follow through relentlessly and care about the smallest details.
  • You're equally comfortable working behind the scenes or representing Aspire11 with senior investors, founders and external stakeholders.
  • Most importantly, you enjoy being useful.
  • You'll thrive here if you want a broad remit, significant responsibility and the opportunity to help build an investment firm from the ground up.
