Who are we?

At Embeddable, you can expect a fast pace, ambitious goals, unrivaled ownership and (hopefully!) career-defining work. This is not your regular office job - we're looking for people who will live this product and give their best every day. This is just your default, without needing to be pushed.

We launched in December 2023, raised a €6m seed funding round in December 2024 (Tech.eu announcement) and are so excited to embark on this new stage!

Like how Stripe enables developers to add payments to their platform and Unity enables you to build world-class games, Embeddable is the end-to-end developer platform for building seamless, lightning-fast customer-facing analytics directly into your product.

Who are you?

We're looking for an Operations Lead to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, through to September 2027.

We're open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

Most importantly, you're consistent, reliable, and exceptionally organised. You stay on top of a busy and varied workload, follow through on what you say you'll do, and can be trusted to keep things moving without needing to be chased. You're comfortable juggling competing priorities, know when something needs your attention, and make sure the important details don't fall through the cracks.

As our Operations Lead, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep Embeddable running smoothly, spanning People Ops, finance, IT, legal, compliance, and special projects. You’ll be stepping into an established role and working closely with the Exec team and wider company to keep things moving seamlessly throughout the maternity cover period.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
