Handle Recruitment is seeking a Retail Strategist
Handle Recruitment is seeking a Retail Strategist who enjoys combining strategic vision with hands-on operational delivery to join a global consumer tech brand! You'll be instrumental in shaping retail programmes and initiatives across the EMEIA region, working alongside senior teams to create impactful customer and staff experiences.
This is a six-month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London. Day rate equivalent of up to £145k annual salary pro-rata
In this role you will:
- Develop and lead the strategic planning framework for EMEIA, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee all aspects of the EMEIA Plan of Record, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
- Manage leadership rhythms, including quarterly reviews, team offsites, and operational meetings.
- Drive data-driven decision making by integrating insights and research into regional strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to evolve organisational design, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

To be successful, you will need:
- Extensive experience in strategic or operational planning within a complex organisation.
- Strong programme management skills, with experience leading cross-regional initiatives.
- A proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Keynote, Wrike, or Numbers.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for organisational strategy.
