The Role
You'll sit inside the Strategy & Operations team. This team runs the systems that keep the company moving: hiring, data, marketing operations, vendor management, and the CEO's office. You'll touch all of it. This is not a coffee-and-calendars job. You'll be given real work with real deadlines, and once you've shown you can run things, you'll own them.

Key Responsibilities
- Run the London office day to day
- Execute a wide range of business and personal tasks independently
- Support hiring operations across multiple international markets: scheduling, candidate tracking, recruiter coordination
- Keep our data and reporting cadences on time: daily updates, dashboards, trackers
- Support marketing operations: campaigns, content logistics, events
- Support the operations team across everything from recruitment to finance
- Own small projects end to end once you've earned them

Requirements
- Must be comfortable in being uncomfortable; timelines will change, priorities will most likely shift
- Ability to work independently
- Be prepared for an exciting, fast-paced journey where you’ll learn a lot, take on meaningful challenges, and grow along the way.
- Must be based in the London office every day
