Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Operations Manager comfortable in a premium members’ club environment, you’ll be responsible for keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly, managing people and solving problems quickly, calmly and discreetly.
Key Focus Areas:
- Oversee day-to-day club operations and member experience
- Lead and manage FOH, Therapists and Cleaning teams
- Manage contractors, suppliers and operational issues
- Support HR, compliance and operational processes
- Proactively identify and resolve problems before they impact members or the team
- Maintain high standards across the club and ensure processes are consistently followed
- Be a visible, hands-on leader who can confidently manage a fast-paced environment
- Assisting with club refurb this December

About you:
- You’ll be organised, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership.
- You’ll have excellent people-management skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience within hospitality, members’ clubs, fitness, wellness or a premium customer-facing environment is desirable.
- Experience with payroll and membership systems is a plus.
