UKAME (UK Academy of Mould Experts) is a training and membership provider for damp and mould professionals. We deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 mould remediation training, provided by an IICRC certified trainer, alongside Awaab's Law guidance and training for social landlords, and we run a membership and public register of trained professionals. Customers include contractors, housing associations and local authorities.

Operations Manager Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to run the day to day delivery of courses, membership and customer service. This is a remote role, based anywhere in the UK, reporting to the CEO.

What You Will Do

• Schedule and deliver the course calendar: trainer bookings, joining instructions, delegate lists, certificates and follow up.
• Run membership operations: applications, renewals, invoicing, the public register and member enquiries.
• Own the customer inbox and phone line, with clear response times and a record of every enquiry.
• Manage purchase orders, quotes, supplier forms and invoices for council and housing association customers.
• Maintain our systems (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Google Workspace) and the processes documented around them.
• Track delivery numbers and costs each week and report them to the CEO.
• Support the trainer network with contracts, dates and materials.
