Job Description
You will own the operational delivery of industrial autonomy deployments across the UK. From leading initial proof-of-concepts to managing day-to-day site operations, you will ensure safety and efficiency. This hands-on role involves building local operating models and scaling a service organization to support autonomous heavy equipment in real-world environments.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate site readiness, commissioning, and validation activities to ensure safe and efficient autonomous deployments.
- Manage day-to-day operations for live sites, including shift planning, operator training, and first-line technical support.
- Develop practical processes and documentation to establish a scalable operational footprint for the UK market.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 3+ years leading industrial operations, field services, or heavy equipment delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage shift-based organizations and coordinate cross-functional teams between engineering and customers.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to travel extensively across the UK to deliver on-site operational excellence.
