They run live MEG scanning operations and build data pipelines to transform how brain health is monitored and managed globally.
Job Description
You will take ownership of MYndspan’s day-to-day operations, serving as the backbone for scanning sessions, client reporting, and business administration. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll coordinate live MEG scans, manage data pipelines, and keep a fast-moving startup organized. This role offers a unique path from a 14-month contract to a permanent leadership position.

What You Will Do
- Lead scanning operations by coordinating session logistics, performing technical checks, and providing on-the-day troubleshooting for site partners in Birmingham.
- Manage the end-to-end client reporting cycle, including data coordination, automated communications, and maintaining high-governance records for study participation.
- Drive business efficiency by organizing team priorities, maintaining internal process documentation, and identifying opportunities for automation across the operational stack.
The ideal candidate
- Proven background in operations or project management, ideally within a high-growth startup, clinical research environment, or healthtech setting.
- Technically proficient with AI productivity tools and modern CRM systems, with the ability to quickly master new software and complex data workflows.
- Self-directed professional who thrives in ambiguous startup environments and possesses the communication skills to manage both internal teams and external partners.
