About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager based in London to support selected luxury leather goods hardware development and manufacturing projects. The role is suited to professionals who understand product operations, supplier coordination, production planning, client requirements, and the operational discipline required to manage complex international manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities
- Support operational coordination across leather goods hardware development and production projects.
- Coordinate product, supplier, production, quality, timeline, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain visibility over development milestones and production readiness.
- Support sample-to-production and development-to-bulk handovers.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and execution issues.
- Coordinate with sourcing, engineering, quality, supplier, and manufacturing teams.
- Support communication between UK and European brand teams and YIBI manufacturing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, responsiveness, and project execution.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, manufacturing, production, product development, supply chain, or project operations.
- Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, accessories, precision components, or premium consumer products is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of supplier and manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple international projects and stakeholders.
- Experience working with European brands or manufacturing partners is valued.
