Operations Manager – Bedfordshire/West London
Up to £80,000 p.a. + benefits

About the Role
Ives Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be retained by this fast-growing, specialist organisation who pride themselves on their bespoke and quality offering. They are looking for a like-minded, results-driven Operations Manager to join them on their growth trajectory.
This is a superb opportunity and time to join the business – with a strong project pipeline and with very real ambition for very healthy growth.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your remit will be extremely broad and will interact across the whole business. You must demonstrate strong leadership and clear direction in your approach; and possessing strong interpersonal skills, a robust character and proactive attitude are a must for success in this role. There will be a requirement to split your time between their sites in Bedfordshire and West London.

You will lead and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities across the business; setting clear objectives and ensuring high standards are met. You will monitor operational performance, identify issues or concerns, and set clear expectations for the teams. You will ensure that processes and systems are regularly reviewed and monitored, and there will be a strong focus on project management and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The role requires a collaborative working relationship with sales, marketing, finance, property management and customer service teams; requires a strong knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory controls; and will require regular updates for the senior leadership team.
The role requires someone with a strong business acumen, who can partner with the Directors and be instrumental in supporting the business on its growth journey.

Skills Required
- Experience within property, housing, facilities management or similar sector
- Operational policy development experience and experience of maintaining procedures
- Strong project management skills
- Experience within a quality management framework, ideally ISO 9001
- Outstanding interpersonal and man management capabilities
- Strong IT and systems skills
- Customer centric approach and able to maintain strong relationships
