We are looking for a thoughtful, highly organised Operations & Customer Service Manager to take ownership of our customer experience and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations as we continue to grow. This is ideal for someone who enjoys combining outstanding customer service with hands-on operational responsibility in a small, design-led business.
The Role
You will be the central point of contact for our customers and a key operational support across the business. Your focus will be on ensuring that every customer feels genuinely valued, while orders, stock, and systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Experience
- Take full ownership of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are reviewed and responded to until resolution
- Deliver a warm, personal, and proactive service that reflects the Rampley & Co brand
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer journey

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Fulfilment
- Manage bespoke, archive, wholesale, and made-to-order enquiries and orders from start to finish
- Guide customers clearly through options, timelines, and expectations
- Coordinate internally and with suppliers to ensure accurate, timely delivery
Operations & Inventory
- Act as the main link between the brand and our warehouse partner
- Support inventory management, stock accuracy, and fulfilment processes
- Assist with product setup and updates across internal systems and e-commerce platforms
Community & Brand Engagement
- Respond thoughtfully to customer messages and comments across social channels
- Represent the brand with professionalism and care in all public interactions

Reporting & Administration
- Provide light support across reporting, invoicing, and operational administration
- Help maintain organised records and clear internal processes
About You
- You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- You are highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- You are confident in managing multiple priorities and seeing tasks through to completion
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
- Experience in luxury, premium retail, e-commerce, or hospitality is a strong advantage
