About Everyone's Invited

Everyone's Invited is a charity dedicated to exposing and eradicating rape culture through conversation, education, and systemic change. We work with young people, schools, policymakers, and the wider public to challenge the conditions that enable sexual violence and misogyny to persist.

Our vision is a society where everyone - regardless of background, identity, or circumstance - is free from sexual violence, harm, and oppression. A world where respect, consent, and equity are embedded from the earliest stages of life.

Role Summary

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations and administration, and in the long-term sustainability of the organisation. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO, and senior team to coordinate systems, support financial reconciliation, lead HR across the employee lifecycle, manage a team of 40+ volunteers, and oversee logistics across projects and teams as well as leading on the management of our online safe space.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with prior charity sector experience who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to work within a values-driven organisation building a safer and more just world. As we are a fast-growing organisation, your responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of the organisation. This role may occasionally require light physical labour (such as moving furniture).

Key Responsibilities

This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Finance & Reconciliation

  • Support the Finance Officer with basic finance and reconciliation of transactions using Xero.
  • Track and process invoices, expenses, and contracts with support from the finance team.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, financial institutions, insurers, and other service providers.

HR & People

  • Lead HR across the employee lifecycle: recruitment administration, onboarding, contracts, probations, appraisals, and offboarding.
  • Maintain contracts and employment documentation, ensuring records remain current and compliant.
  • Support HR and recruitment administration for new staff, freelancers, and volunteers.
  • Coordinate wellbeing and DEI initiatives, including wellbeing surveys, DEI surveys, and staff wellbeing check-ins.
  • Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive working culture across the organisation.

Governance, GDPR & Policy

  • Support GDPR compliance and maintain accurate staff, volunteer, and organisational records.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, ensuring organisational compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ensure organisational policies, procedures, and governance documentation remain up to date.
  • Support safeguarding administration and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for staff, volunteers, and service users.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How to Apply

Please send your CV and a supporting document answering these three questions:

  1. Tell us about a time you managed HR processes (e.g., contracts, probations, or appraisals) in a previous role. What went well, what went wrong, and what did you learn?
  2. Operations often means supporting other people's priorities as well as your own. Tell us about a time you helped a colleague or another team get something over the line, even though it wasn't your main responsibility.
  3. What draws you to operations work specifically, and what draws you to doing it at a charity working on ending sexual violence?

Please ensure each answer is no more than 400 words and label your supporting document with your name, the job you are applying for, and the name of the charity.

Please send the application to ellie@everyonesinvited.uk and put the subject heading as (Name, Job title, Everyone’s Invited).

When applying for our roles, you will be asked as part of our application process if you require any adjustments or support during the recruitment process. Adjustments could include extra time for assessments, interview questions in advance, alternative formats for materials, or wheelchair access. Any information you provide will be treated in confidence and only used to make sure you have the best possible experience with us.

Timeline

Applications close Monday 10th August at 12pm. We'll be reviewing applications and conducting first-round interviews on a rolling basis throughout, with online first-round interviews running from the week of 17th August. We reserve the right to make an offer before the closing date if we find the right candidate, so we'd encourage applying early.

We're ideally looking for someone to start in early September, but we're open to flexibility on the start date for the right person - so please don't let timing put you off applying if you think you'd be a great fit. We're looking for applicants who share our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team and who will support our aim of ensuring that we are an organisation that can provide a safe space to all survivors. We invite all applicants to complete this short, anonymous DEI monitoring survey.
