Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 plus BONUS

Who We Are

Agile Retail works with some of the most exciting brands in retail, helping them build exceptional stores, teams, and customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the processes, stock flow, and operational standards behind a busy, high-volume retail environment.

This is a role for someone who loves organization, structure, and efficiency - and understands that brilliant store operations are what allow the customer-facing team to perform at its best.

The Operations Manager Role

You’ll own the operational rhythm of the store, ensuring stock, systems, processes, and people work together efficiently.

From deliveries and inventory management through to compliance, scheduling, and daily routines, you’ll create the structure behind a fast-moving retail operation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
