Operations Manager - London - £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and commercially minded Operations Manager to join a growing residential living business operating across the UK.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Build-to-Rent and co-living communities, supporting operational performance, delivering business improvement projects, and helping to drive exceptional resident experiences.
Reporting into a senior operational leader, you will play a key role in implementing change, improving processes, supporting new site launches, and ensuring operational standards are consistently achieved across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver operational improvement projects across the business.
- Drive process improvements and implement new initiatives that enhance efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding and mobilisation of new residential communities.
- Conduct site audits, inspections and performance reviews to ensure operational standards are maintained.
- Work closely with site teams to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver measurable results.
- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist with business planning, strategy implementation and operational reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and wider industry.

About You
- Experience within residential property, Build-to-Rent, PBSA, co-living or a similar operational environment.
- Strong compliance, auditing and operational experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technology-savvy and confident working with operational systems and reporting tools.
