Operations Manager

Location: Pickering

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive

Job Description

  • Lead site-wide manufacturing operations ensuring production plans and customer demand are achieved.
  • Own SQDCP performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People while monitoring KPIs, productivity, OEE, downtime, scrap, and rework.
  • Provide operational leadership, managing Production Managers, Supervisors, and wider teams while building accountability, engagement, capability, and succession.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, structured problem-solving, waste reduction, standardization, and improvements to production flow and efficiency.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Strong injection moulding manufacturing knowledge
  • Previous experience working within the automotive manufacturing industry
  • Well versed with high-volume, customer-driven production schedules
