- You'll be responsible for leading engineering operations across a diverse portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance, technical excellence, and commercial performance work hand in hand.
- You'll work closely with Property Management, Facilities Management, and Asset Advisory teams, bringing engineering expertise to every stage of the property lifecycle.
- You'll also have the opportunity to influence how we work, develop your team, and continuously improve the way services are delivered.

We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Leads from the front.
- Develops people as well as systems.
- Understands both engineering and commercial performance.
- Can balance client expectations with operational excellence.
- Believes accountability creates exceptional teams.
You'll already have experience leading engineering or Hard FM operations across a multi-site portfolio and be confident managing compliance, contractors, budgets, and technical delivery.
