OPERATIONS MANAGER | LONDON
£65,000–£75,000 Base + Outstanding Bonus Potential
I'm partnering with one of London's fastest-growing hospitality businesses to recruit an exceptional Operations Manager for a unique leadership opportunity.
You'll initially take strategic and operational ownership of one of the group's flagship, high-volume competitive socialising venues before playing a pivotal role in the launch of an exciting new Central London site. This is a genuine stepping stone into senior operations, offering the opportunity to influence performance across both an established flagship business and a major new opening.
This is a dynamic, experience-led business combining premium food & drink, live sport, entertainment, private events and competitive socialising. The operation is complex, commercially driven and constantly evolving, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious operator ready to broaden their impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
