Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong operational performance and a positive team culture. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and supporting the overall success of the business. You will report directly to the General Manager.

The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational departments within the hotel, ensuring high standards across guest experience, team engagement and business performance. Working closely with departmental leaders, you'll create an environment where teams can succeed, guests feel valued and operational excellence is delivered consistently. You'll play a vital role in driving service standards, developing people and supporting the delivery of the hotel's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s F & B departments, ensuring consistently high service and operational standards, while maintaining regular oversight of the Rooms Division departments
- Drive guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences throughout the guest journey
- Lead, coach and support departmental managers and their teams
- Monitor and improve operational performance across all areas of the hotel
- Support the delivery of revenue, profitability and budget objectives
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, brand and company requirements
- Analyse operational performance and implement improvements where required
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Manage resources effectively to support operational and commercial success
- Support and deputise for the General Manager when required
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within a hotel operations or management role
- Strong operational knowledge across multiple hotel departments
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
