About the Role
Help run the party. Help grow the business. Pizza Party is a growing social enterprise with two connected ambitions: to serve seriously good pizza and create a practical pathway into paid work for autistic young people.
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to keep the business running smoothly and help it grow. Someone who can take ownership of the daily detail, support the team and spot the opportunities that will make us a stronger, more successful business.
You’ll work closely with the founders and kitchen team, turning plans into action and making sure great food is matched by reliable service.
Our Working Environment
We operate from a dark kitchen in Kentish Town, serving customers through delivery and collection, alongside catering and supper clubs. There’s no traditional restaurant floor: our customer experience depends on well-managed platforms, accurate menus, organised production and deliveries that arrive as they should.
We also have three autistic trainees completing weekly shifts through a supported internship programme. Their experience is central to the business. You’ll help ensure the programme is well organised, trainees feel comfortable and included, and every shift offers meaningful opportunities to learn.
This is a practical role in a small, growing business. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between planning, problem-solving and getting involved directly when the team needs you.
What You’ll Do
Keep the Business Running Smoothly
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations, coordinating people, supplies, systems and schedules.
- Make sure we’re stocked with the ingredients, packaging, cleaning products and other essentials needed to operate reliably.
- Work with the kitchen team on ordering, stock levels and forecasting, avoiding shortages while controlling waste.
- Manage supplier relationships and help secure good quality, value and dependable service.
- Build clear, practical routines and checklists so the team knows what needs to happen and who is responsible.
- Coordinate staffing and operational requirements for delivery service, catering and supper clubs.
- Keep operational records, checks and relevant compliance requirements organised and up to date.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
