Hospitality Operations Manager | London

Premium Luxury Hospitality Group

A rare opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join an ambitious, premium hospitality group at an exciting stage of growth.

This is a senior operational appointment overseeing a portfolio of high-end London venues, with further openings in the pipeline and significant investment being made into the existing business. One of the group’s flagship venues is currently undergoing an exciting repositioning, with a new culinary direction and refreshed concept designed to further elevate its luxury positioning and guest experience.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Managers and senior leadership team, taking a hands-on role in shaping standards, developing people, driving commercial performance and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across the portfolio.

The Opportunity

  • Lead operational performance across a portfolio of premium London venues
  • Work closely with and develop General Managers and senior operational teams
  • Drive luxury service standards, consistency and guest experience
  • Take ownership of P&L, labour, budgets and commercial performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and operational delivery
  • Work closely with senior leadership across the wider business
  • Play a key role in the repositioning and evolution of one of the group’s flagship venues
  • Become involved in future venue openings, from pre-opening planning through to operational launch
  • Help shape the standards, culture and operating model as the group continues to grow

The Profile

We are looking for an established hospitality operator with a strong track record across premium or luxury restaurants, hospitality or lifestyle businesses.

You will ideally bring:

  • Multi-site operational leadership experience
  • A proven ability to lead, coach and develop General Managers
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and labour management
  • A sophisticated understanding of luxury guest experience
  • A genuine passion for operational excellence and service
  • The confidence to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Experience with openings, repositioning or operational transformation would be highly advantageous
