Role Description
This full-time Operations Manager role is an on-site position based in Hucknall. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day leisure centre operations, including staff supervision, rota management, and ensuring high standards of customer service and facility presentation.
Daily responsibilities also include:
- Reporting on key performance indicators
- Supporting colleague development
- Responding to customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery

- Have strong operations and facility management skills, including experience overseeing day-to-day centre performance and resource allocation.
- Have leadership and people management abilities, with experience in team supervision, staff development, and performance management.
- Have customer service and community engagement skills, with a focus on delivering inclusive, high-quality experiences for a diverse customer base.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in the leisure, fitness, or hospitality sector.
- Hold National Pool Lifeguard & Pool Plant Operator qualifications.
