Who We Are

Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare research. We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

The Role

The Bespoke Team at Adelphi Real World conduct scientifically robust observational studies tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Due to continued growth, the team require operational and data management support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our projects.

  • Data management tasks (e.g. oversight of access to EDC systems, material design support)
  • Managing liaison between internal teams and research partners
  • Ensuring appropriate study documentation and compliance with relevant guidelines and processes

The Person

  • Operational /Project Management experience

  • Data management experience within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Previous experience in the delivery of health research studies

  • Attention to detail

  • Flexible approach and able to respond quickly to changing demands and tight deadlines.

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Taking an active role in the adherence to policies across the team

  • Monitoring and supporting internal study reviews

  • Engagement in the continuous improvement of internal processes to promote efficiencies and best practice.
