Operations Manager

Location: Royston
Employment Type: Full-time


We’re looking for a strong people leader with experience across manufacturing, production, engineering, or a technical environment, who can drive performance, improve processes, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day operations and production
  • Managing and developing teams
  • Driving quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance
  • Improving processes through Lean/continuous improvement
  • Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety
  • Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and senior management

  • Has proven Operations/Production Management experience
  • Is commercially and operationally minded
  • Is confident leading teams and driving accountability
  • Has a strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Has a background in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical engineering
