Operations Manager
Location: Royston
Employment Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a strong people leader with experience across manufacturing, production, engineering, or a technical environment, who can drive performance, improve processes, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day operations and production
- Managing and developing teams
- Driving quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance
- Improving processes through Lean/continuous improvement
- Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety
- Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and senior management

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven Operations/Production Management experience
- Is commercially and operationally minded
- Is confident leading teams and driving accountability
- Has a strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Has a background in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical engineering
