About the Role
As Stock & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading all warehouse, inventory, and replenishment operations across the location, ensuring stock availability is optimised while maintaining exceptional levels of inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Working closely with supply chain, store, and product teams, you will oversee stock integrity programmes, inventory counting processes, promotional implementation, logistics activities, merchandising standards, and loss prevention initiatives. The role plays a critical part in supporting commercial performance by ensuring the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory investment and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading all warehouse, inventory, and replenishment operations
- Ensuring stock availability is optimised

- Overseeing stock integrity programmes, inventory counting processes, promotional implementation, logistics activities, merchandising standards, and loss prevention initiatives
Requirements
- Experienced operations manager from retail, with an interest in logistics, stock control, and inventory management
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-moving operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for developing high-performing teams
- Commercially aware, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience within warehousing, transport, supply chain, or inventory management
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement

What We Offer
- Salary of up to £50,000
- Night allowance of up to £5,000 per year
- Highly achievable bonus of up to £10,000 per year
- Hours for the night role: 6pm to 2am
- Working a five in seven working week
- Contracted hours of 38.75
