Kes-Vir Swimwear creates attractive, innovative swimwear specifically designed for people living with incontinence. The range is fashionable, discreet, and adjustable, helping children and adults return to swimming with confidence and ease. Each design is versatile and can be tailored to individual needs, while maintaining a high-quality, stylish appearance. The swimwear is made so that it looks like regular swimwear, offering wearers peace of mind and a sense of security in public or private pools and at the seaside.
Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations to support the smooth running and growth of Kes-Vir Swimwear. This part-time role is based in Wokingham.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing inventory and order fulfillment
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
- Monitoring quality control processes
- Improving operational workflows
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supporting customer service and after-sales processes
The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to implement operational improvements and ensure a reliable, efficient experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, including process optimization and workflow coordination.
- Strong skills in inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with office and business software (e.g., spreadsheets, order management tools, email and communication platforms).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a hybrid environment (office and home-based work).
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, swimwear, or healthcare-related products is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
