MCS Group is recruiting an Operations Manager (Mechanical Engineering) for a role based in Co. Antrim.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing mechanical engineering business with a strong pipeline of work and an ambitious next phase of growth.
This role is for an experienced Operations Manager to take a key leadership role in the delivery of multiple mechanical engineering projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a mechanical operations, fabrication, installation or industrial engineering background who is ready to make a real impact.
You will lead teams, coordinate resources and oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with project, design, commercial and site teams while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate:
- Proven experience in mechanical operations, fabrication, installation or construction
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and fabrication processes
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
- Strong commercial, planning and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
