Operations Manager | South East

We're partnering with a well-established premium hospitality brand to recruit an Operations Manager responsible for a portfolio of around 10–12 locations across the South East.

The Role

This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role where you'll work closely with site leaders to strengthen performance, develop talent, and ensure consistently high standards across your region.

  • Coach and develop Site Managers, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining consistently high standards across every location.
  • Support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience through effective leadership and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of regional performance, with responsibility for sales, labour, profitability, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational standards, and company policies.
  • Support new site launches and regional projects while working closely with the wider leadership team to deliver business objectives.
