Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in central London. This role oversees daily operational activities, ensuring that clinical, performance, and recovery services are delivered efficiently and consistently in line with organizational standards. The Operations Manager coordinates scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow across multidisciplinary teams, and monitors operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. They collaborate closely with medical and performance leaders to support compliance, quality assurance, and client experience, while maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The role also involves implementing operational processes, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, service delivery, or clinic/health center administration.
- Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, basic data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or performance-focused environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced setting with a focus on quality, safety, and client care.
