About Us

Loop is a UK-based manufacturer of innovative cycling products. Under our brand, we design and sell premium accessories for bicycles with 2 new products launching this year.

We operate a successful hybrid model: selling direct-to-consumer (B2C) via e-commerce and B2B through an international network of trade partners and distributors.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day "engine" of the business. You will be the bridge between our creative vision and our operational execution, ensuring the team is aligned, the supply chain is fluid, and our growth is data-driven.

We’re a small operation with most roles part time - but the company has extremely promising sales and potential for growth.

Your Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Work with and lead a small part time team through structured check-ins:
    • Marketing & Support: Weekly syncs with marketing director and customer support agent.
    • Sales: Bi-weekly reviews of the B2B pipeline with our sales agent.
    • Paid Ads IP Enforcement: Monthly deep dives into ad performance and brand protection efforts to remove infringing products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
