Rate Recruitment have partnered with an ITP in Somerset who are looking to appoint an Operations & Quality Manager on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for designing, building and continually improving the operational systems that enable the provider to deliver exceptional learning and apprenticeship programmes.
This role is all about creating an operation where everything simply works. Learners know where they need to be. Trainers have everything they need to deliver brilliant sessions. Colleagues trust the systems and processes because they're reliable, efficient and easy to use. Above all, the Operations Manager exists to make everybody else's job easier. By removing complexity, improving systems and creating simple ways of working, this role allows the rest of the business to focus on what they do best.

As Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the following areas. Together, these form the operational foundation that enables the business to grow successfully.
- Operational planning and scheduling
- Systems and automation
- Operational administration
- Delivery, capacity and resource planning
- Process improvement
- Operational reporting
- Operational quality assurance & Ofsted readiness
- Operations team line management
- Operational input into growth and scalability
The role requires 3 days a week onsite in Somerset with 2 days working remotely, and the starting salary is £50-55k.
