Operations Manager – Premium Fashion
📍 Marylebone, London
£33,000–£34,000 + bonus & benefits
OBM Consultancy is partnering with a distinctive British fashion and lifestyle brand to recruit an Operations Manager for one of its key London stores.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the operational side of retail and knows how to create a highly organised environment that allows both the team and the business to perform at their best.
The role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on:
- Back-of-house organisation and administrative processes
- Stock management, availability and stock movements
- Operational and cost-control KPIs
- Health & safety and operational compliance
- Supporting recruitment, training and development of the team
- Maintaining high visual and commercial standards
- Supporting the wider management team in delivering sales and customer experience targets

The profile
We’re looking for someone with solid retail operations experience, ideally within premium fashion, lifestyle or a similarly service-led environment.
You’ll be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership, while remaining very much part of the store team.
- Salary: £33,000–£34,000 + store bonus & benefits
