Everyone's Invited is a charity dedicated to exposing and eradicating rape culture through conversation, education, and systemic change. We work with young people, schools, policymakers, and the wider public to challenge the conditions that enable sexual violence and misogyny to persist.

Key Responsibilities
This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
1. Finance & Reconciliation
- Support the Finance Officer with basic finance and reconciliation of transactions using Xero.
- Track and process invoices, expenses, and contracts with support from the finance team.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, financial institutions, insurers, and other service providers.
2. HR & People
- Lead HR across the employee lifecycle: recruitment administration, onboarding, contracts, probations, appraisals, and offboarding.
- Maintain contracts and employment documentation, ensuring records remain current and compliant.
- Support HR and recruitment administration for new staff, freelancers, and volunteers.
- Coordinate wellbeing and DEI initiatives, including wellbeing surveys, DEI surveys, and staff wellbeing check-ins.
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive working culture across the organization.

3. Governance, GDPR & Policy
- Support GDPR compliance and maintain accurate staff, volunteer, and organizational records.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, ensuring organizational compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ensure organizational policies, procedures, and governance documentation remain up to date.
- Support safeguarding administration and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for staff, volunteers, and service users.
4. Operations & Administration
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the senior leadership team, including booking travel, coordinating accommodation, and planning meetings and events.
- Schedule and support internal meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
- Maintain and improve internal systems, including scheduling, databases, digital and physical filing, contract management, and team workflows.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, subscriptions, software licenses, office organization, incoming post, recycling, and facilities management.
- Monitor the general enquiries inbox and respond to or redirect enquiries as appropriate.

5. Programme & Volunteer Support
- Manage testimony processor volunteers and support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and coordination of all EI volunteers.
- Lead the planning and delivery of the organization's mentorship program.
- Support the growth and delivery of the Safe Space campaign.
- Plan and execute the organization's Annual General Meeting.
- Provide other administrative, logistical, and monitoring support across organizational programs and projects.
