About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Operations & Product Manager with a business background, ideally suited for a proactive and adaptable individual with 3–5 years of experience in the gift or toy wholesale/retail industry. In this role, you’ll oversee Noodoll’s day-to-day operations, lead our team, manage production, and streamline internal processes to help the brand grow efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to bring more "friends for life" to our customers worldwide.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Company Operations: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations across all departments.
- Supply Chain Management: Liaise with factories and production lines to maintain quality and timely delivery.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring on-time, successful launches.
- Sales Data & Forecasting: Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and monitor customer feedback to optimize performance.
- Market Research: Identify global trends and opportunities within the gift and toy markets.
- Sales Management: Support and implement strategies for growth in wholesale and retail channels.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics to streamline shipping and distribution.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies.

🔍 What We’re Looking For
- Brand Affinity: A deep appreciation for Noodoll and a strong understanding of gift and toy market trends.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Attitude: A motivated, “nothing is impossible” mindset with a proven ability to drive success.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the product production cycle and key industry calendars for effective planning.

🌍 Additional Notes
- Location: This role is based in London, with occasional travel to trade fairs and visits to suppliers and sales partners.
- Reports to: Managing Director
- Salary: Competitive commensurate with experience
