JOB TITLE: Operations Manager

Location: Fife
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 & Performance Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Sector: Marine / Offshore / Subsea Engineering

About the Company

Our client is an established marine and offshore engineering business with decades of experience delivering specialist services across the UK and Europe.

Operating across marine infrastructure, offshore construction, subsea engineering, and environmental services, they support major energy, utilities, and infrastructure projects through the delivery of complex offshore operations. About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex offshore subsea cable installation and repair projects across the UK and North West Europe.

Working closely with vessel crews, offshore teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will take ownership of project delivery, operational performance, and technical governance, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
