Operations Manager — Just Stay Limited (Full-Time, Fully Remote, Contractor)

We're Just Stay. We manage 30+ whole-home short-term rentals across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire — Airbnb Superhosts, 4.87★ average, and Property Startup of the Year 2025. We're scaling toward 100 units, and we need an Operations Manager to own the engine room while we grow.

The role

You'll be the person who keeps every property running: guest communications, turnover scheduling, maintenance coordination, listing quality, and the systems that hold it all together. You'll manage our VA team day to day, spot problems before guests do, and build process where process is missing.

This is a hands-on operator role, not a supervisor role. If a cleaner cancels at 4pm on a Friday, you're the one solving it.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning day-to-day operations across a growing portfolio of whole-home rentals
  • Managing and developing our remote VA team, with clear standards and accountability
  • Coordinating cleaning and turnovers, maintenance, and supplier relationships
  • Keeping listings, calendars and pricing accurate across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels
  • Handling escalated guest issues quickly, calmly and in a way that protects our review scores
  • Building and improving SOPs so the business scales without breaking
  • Reporting on operational performance to the founders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
