Operations Manager (Amazon & Shopify)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing Amazon and Shopify, who enjoys building efficient processes and working across logistics, customer operations, suppliers, and sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational processes across Amazon and Shopify.
- Coordinate with 3PL and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Oversee customer service operations, including order management, payment issues, returns, and customer feedback.
- Manage supplier relationships, inventory planning, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Support the launch and operational management of new sales channels, including TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate packaging, POS materials, and promotional shipments to partners and influencers.
- Ensure operational documentation, contracts, payments, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable operational solutions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing both Amazon and Shopify (required).
- Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, 3PL, logistics, and inventory management.
- Experience working with suppliers and external service providers.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- English level B2+ or higher.
