Peartree Cleaning is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for an experienced Operations Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Cleaning Operations Manager to further their career with an established industry leader known for excellence and high standards in cleaning services.
About the Role
You’ll oversee a portfolio of contracts across West London, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves:

- Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handling Health & Safety, HR, Payroll, and administration duties
- Conducting site inspections and liaising with clients
- Supporting and motivating team members to achieve excellence
