About The Role

Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day operations of the business
- Overseeing and improving operational processes and procedures
- Supporting HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding and employee records
- Managing absence, holidays and other HR related processes
- Ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures are maintained and followed
- Coordinating risk assessments, compliance checks and Health & Safety requirements
- Working with external providers and contractors where required
- Monitoring operational costs and expenditure
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Supporting senior management with operational and HR matters
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and relevant legislation are adhered to
- Preparing regular operational updates and reports for senior management
This is a hands on position suited to someone who is comfortable working in a small professional business environment and taking responsibility for a broad range of operational, HR and compliance activities.

You will need:
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience across operations, HR administration and/or Health & Safety would be beneficial
- A practical and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day to day operations of the business and work closely with senior management across a broad range of responsibilities.
