Operations Manager (Cladding / Facades)
£60,000 - £65,000 + Company Car / Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Medicash + Progression + Training

Are you an Operations Manager or similar with a background in cladding, facades, or walls looking to join a long-standing and prestigious company, where you will be the go-to technical expert and oversee the entire process of multi-million-pound External Wall Installation (EWI) projects?
Do you want to join a company that will value your growth with in-house training on EWI systems and progression opportunities to directorship level?
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support and operations. This will involve:
- Liaising with Service and Lab Managers, as well as directors
- Managing the technical hub and technical services
- Risk management
- Oversight of system maintenance
- Leading the development of specifications for projects

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar with experience working with cladding and insulation projects, looking to take on a lead technical role and oversee large-scale projects.
The Role:
- Oversee technical support and operations
- Liaise closely with the Lab and Service Managers and directors
- Managing the technical hub, services, and risk
- Oversight of system maintenance and lead developments of specifications
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 37 hours per week
