Operations Manager
Salary
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours
40 hours per week
(Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business, which may require you to adjust your usual working hours and days from time to time)
About the Operations Manager Role
We are seeking someone with operational experience to lead the management and delivery of cleaning and associated services across a diverse portfolio. You will provide operational leadership to Contract Management Teams and Site Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, whilst managing budgets, performance reporting, client engagement and supporting mobilisations and contract changes to ensure seamless service.

Necessary Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 3+ years experience within a customer service and operational role
- Experience of managing contracts and building relationships
- Ability to lead, inspire and motivate large teams
- High attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident preparing reports and presenting to senior leaders and clients
