Operations Manager
We have been retained by our client to recruit an Operations Manager for a division of their UK business. As a result of a revised growth strategy, our client is now looking for an Operations Manager to drive the growth strategy for this division.
Role Overview
This role will report into the UK Managing Director and will be responsible for driving the operational efficiency of the division. You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end operations which will include production, maintenance, safety, and service.

Requirements
An experienced Operations professional, you will have experience in process-based manufacturing; chemical, food, plastic, industrial building products, or water treatment would be ideal. You will be experienced in leading multi-disciplined teams including production, maintenance, supply chain, and safety functions. You will be quality-focused, improvement-led, and proven in managing multiple priorities. A confident leader, you will be both people and process-led.

Compensation
The company will offer up to £70,000 basic plus car benefit.
