We're hiring an Operations Manager!
We’re Among Equals - an independent creative agency in London. We start with a truth most brands ignore: no one cares. Our job is to change that.
We’ve been at it since 2020, for the likes of Grind, Pizza Hut, YuMove, TALA, WRAP, AG1 & Bio&Me.
We're growing fast, and we need someone to keep the engine running as we do - finance admin, systems, HR admin & the processes that hold it all together.
You'll work closely with our COO, who owns the strategic side - you run the day-to-day brilliantly & own it without being chased.

- You're an ops generalist who's been hands-on across finance admin, HR admin & systems - ideally at a small business or agency

- You're confident with spreadsheets and formulas

The basics:
- £38–42k depending on experience
- London studio, hybrid (up to 2 WFH days)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 2-week Christmas shutdown, training budget, dog-friendly office, health insurance & more
