Operations Manager – Peartree Cleaning (London)
📍 Location: London (Full-time)

It’s an exciting time to join Peartree Cleaning. As our business continues to grow, we’re welcoming new clients, expanding our portfolio and creating new opportunities across our teams.
To support this continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our London Operations team.
This is more than simply managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts. We’re looking for someone who wants to play an active part in our continued success – building strong client relationships, developing great teams and helping us maintain the high standards that Peartree is known for as we grow.

About the Role
You’ll oversee a portfolio of contracts across London, taking responsibility for excellent service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Maintaining excellent standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Building strong and positive relationships with our clients
- Managing Health & Safety, HR, payroll and operational administration
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Supporting, developing and motivating your teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve the way we work and the service we provide
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for delivering a great service and wants to develop their career as Peartree continues to grow.
You’ll ideally be:
- An experienced Cleaning Operations Manager ready for your next challenge
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple contracts
- People-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent standards and customer service
- Keen to continue developing your leadership and management skills
- Based within or near Greater London, with easy access to the Tube network or equivalent transport
- Flexible and able to travel efficiently between sites as required
