This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

What You're Getting Into

Who You Are
- You've built and scaled operations inside a high-growth DTC ecommerce business, ideally £10M to £100M+ in revenue
- You've built SOPs and operational systems from scratch, not just maintained someone else's
- You're comfortable in Shopify, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Sheets/Excel and a project tool like ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com
- You've managed supply chain and inventory planning under real pressure
- You've led complex product launches without dropping the ball
- You're already using AI in your daily work, not curious about it, actually using it
- You think in systems, not tasks, and you fix the process, not just the symptom
- You take full ownership: when you hit a wall, you solve it, you don't leave it on someone else's desk
Bonus if You've:
- Worked in subscription ecommerce
- Supported a US or international expansion
- Operated in health, wellness, supplements, or FMCG
