Eden Scott are delighted to be working with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit an experienced Operations Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee a team of 8 operational professionals, driving service excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role is based in Glasgow City Centre.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of a team of 8 colleagues, ensuring operational performance, client service standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 8 employees
  • Managing workload distribution and operational performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and service level agreements
  • Driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Ensuring adherence to FCA and regulatory requirements
  • Managing risk, governance, and quality control activities
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management
  • Supporting business change and transformation projects

Requirements

  • Previous Operations Management experience within Financial Services
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Experience managing operational performance and service delivery
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
